How long would it typically take for a Grant of Probate to be granted when using the Probate eService?

The timeframe will depend on a variety of factors including:

1. The Court’s calendar;

2. The applicant’s personal schedule;

3. The time taken by the applicant to swear/affirm his Supporting Affidavit and Administration Oath; and

4. The time taken by the applicant to verify the original will at the Probate registry.

Complete applications, which include a schedule of assets, can typically be processed in less than 3 months.
