No, at this time, you may only use the Probate eService if the deceased had passed away in Singapore.

In order to be eligible for the Probate eService, it is stated that the total estimated value of the deceased’s estate must not be more than $2 million Singapore dollars. Does the estimated value of the deceased’s estate include the deceased’s liabilities/debts?
