You may wish to obtain a copy of your digitised examinations results online alternatively. The digitised results are secured with tamper-resistant encryptions and allow for secure verification by instituitions/employers. Any modified documents(s) will fail the verification process and will be flagged as being tampered with. 

Past years' GCE-Level examination results from 1975 are available by examination year online through the MySkillsFuture portal. These are available at no cost. You would need a Singpass account for access.
