Alternatively, you may wish to obtain your examination results online at no cost. The digitised results are secured with tamper-resistant encryptions and allow for secure verification by institutions/employers. Any modified documents(s) will fail the verification process and will be flagged as being tampered with. 

Past years' PSLE results from 1976 are available by examination year online through MySkillsFuture portal or mobile application. You would need a Singpass account for access.
