The call blocking and SMS filtering features on the ScamShield app are currently only effective for local Singaporean phone numbers. If you are using a foreign telco in Singapore, call blocking and SMS filtering may not work for you as foreign sender IDs are not registered by IMDA. We recommend using a local telecommunication provider and enabling your call blocking & SMS filtering permissions for optimum usage of the app.
