After you submit a scam report using the ScamShield app, the report will be reviewed and the phone number will only be blocked if it is deemed suspicious.

If you have received a scam call from the same phone number after reporting, it is also possible the report is still being reviewed. In this case, we request you to wait patiently until the review process is finished.
