If you removed the parking app from your phone, your parking history will be erased. If you still have the app on your previous phone, you can export the history from there. Otherwise, email us your vehicle number and we can pull the information for you.
Yes, you can check your parking fees by going to the bills history page. To get there, tap MENU > HISTORY > BILLS on the top right corner of parking history page.
To print your parking transaction history from the parking.sg app, follow these steps:
Open the parking history page in the app.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the "export" button.
Select the parking sessions you want to export.
Tap "send" and choose the mode of export.
The easiest way is to select "mail". You will then be able to send an email with the parking history included as a PDF attachment.
That's it! You can now easily print your parking transaction history from the app.
The session will automatically end once the parking duration is up, and you'll be charged accordingly. To see the amount you'll be charged, check the "History" tab in your Parking.sg app.
You have a couple of options:
Press the receipt button at the terminal station where you paid the charge to obtain a receipt.
Go to any NET's top-up machine to print out past transactions.
To delete bills, go to your Parking app history and click on ‘delete’ for the specific bill you wish to remove. Alternatively, if you can re-install the app to delete all the bills at once.
Yes, you can view your parking history in the app. Here's how:
Open the app and access the left-side menu
Select "History"
You'll be able to see a list of your previous parking sessions
Please note that if you uninstall the app, you won't be able to view your parking history on your phone.
If you need to cross-verify your parking sessions with your bank statement, go to Parking History and click on each parking session, which will show you the status of the Bill ID.
Those sessions that are already grouped will have their own Bill ID, which you can cross reference with the Bill ID in your bank statement. Those that are yet to be grouped will be reflected as “PENDING”
