Parking hours ended at 10pm at Jalan Sultan but i had to select parking period which extended to 10.15pm & was charged till 10.15pm. How do i get a refund for the extra 15mins?
Our app takes free parking into account when calculating your parking charges. For example, if a car park is $0.60 per half hour from 8:30 am to 10 pm, and free parking from 10 pm to 8:30 am, and you park at 9:30 pm for 1 hour, the app will only count your parking charges from 9:30 pm to 10 pm, and it won't charge you for the free parking period from 10 pm onwards. Therefore, you will only be charged $0.60.
