You can update the primary contact person on the Student Details Form (SDF) (https://pg.moe.edu.sg/forms/sdf). This link is also accessible via the Parents Gateway app, located in the Services tab.

The SDF begins with the parent’s own particulars. In the next section, the parent can edit each child’s particulars. This is where the field for the ‘Primary contact person’ for each child can be found. This field must be updated for each child separately if the parent has more than one child.

The SDF is accessible to parents/legal guardians of existing students from Term 1 to Term 4 of the academic year. During the Term 4 school holidays, SDF access is only available to parents of incoming new Primary 1 students.
