Parents can log into the Student Details Form (SDF) portal at https://pg.moe.edu.sg/forms/sdf to update your details as well as your child's details.

However, to amend certain information (e.g. Name and NRIC/FIN), please approach your child's/children’s school to update these details in the MOE School Records System. Please note that the school may require certain documents for necessary verification.
