How do I update my contact details in Parents Gateway app?

You can update your contact details (Phone contact numbers and email addresses) via the PG app.


  1. Go to 'Profile' > 'Edit contact details'

  2. Update the contact details (Note: at least 1 telephone number must be indicated) > Tap on 'Save'


For other details, please visit the Student Details Form (SDF) portal at https://pg.moe.edu.sg/forms/sdf or contact your child's school directly.
