Why has my child's profile suddenly disappeared? Why do I suddenly not have access on PG?
If your child has graduated from secondary school or junior college/Millenia Institute, you will have access to PG until 31 December of the year the child graduates.
Should your child re-enter another educational institution which uses PG, you will gain access to this child's profile on PG again. The previous posts (up to 6 years' worth) will also be visible again.
If you have recently had a change of NRIC (e.g. due to citizenship change), your PG account may have been de-linked and you have no access. In this case, please approach your child's school to update them with your new FIN/NRIC number. Once the school updates your details, you will be able to access PG the next working day.
