You can access posts on Parents Gateway (PG) for up to 6 years while your child is enrolled in a school using PG.

If you have only one child on PG

1. Select 'All posts' filter

2. Scroll to the bottom

3. Tap 'Show more posts' to load the previous year's posts

4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to load more posts from up to 6 years

If you have more than one child on PG

1. Select the child avatar bubble

2. Select 'All children'

3. Scroll to the bottom

4. Tap 'Show more posts' to load the previous year's posts

5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to load more posts from up to 6 years

Alternatively, use the Search function for specific posts

1. Tap the magnifying glass icon on the Home Screen

2. Enter keyword(s) from the post title/description

3. Scroll to the bottom

4. Tap 'Search older posts' to find matching posts from previous years

Important Information About Access to Posts

• Access to your child's PG profile and posts ends on 31 December of their graduation year

• If your child later enrols in another institution using PG, you will regain access to their profile and previous posts (up to 6 years)
