My child/ward just graduated from Secondary School and is waiting for his results to register for a place in a Junior College. Why did his profile disappear from my app?
As your child/ward has graduated from Secondary School, his profile has been temporarily removed as he is not in a school at the moment. Once your child's JAE posting result is out, you will be able to see his profile reinstated on your app by the evening of the JAE posting result release day.
