Is there a waiting list if registration is full?

Currently, the CCs do not call those in the waiting list, as the notification is automated and the CCs are not privy to the list. Customers in the waiting list will receive either an SMS or Email notification once there is a vacancy. The registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
