What do I do if I have lost my PAssion card?

You will need to report the loss of your PAssion Card to both NLB and PA by contacting the following: a) get in touch with PA Contact Centre at 6225 5322. b) email National Library Board (NLB) at enquiry@nlb.gov.sg to report the loss of the card.
