What are the fees involved when making an LPA?
There are two types of fees when making an LPA.
A. LPA application fee

Foreigners | $230 | $275 |
The LPA application fee is paid to the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG), and you can make payment online with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. You do not have to complete the payment transaction when drafting your LPA form on My Legacy as OPG will inform you separately if a fee is required for your LPA application and the steps to complete the payment.
B. LPA certification fee
The LPA certification fee is paid to the certificate issuer. The amount charged depends on the complexity of the case, as well as your choice of certificate issuer. You can make an appointment with a preferred CI and view their fees here.
