There are three groups of professionals who can act as LPA Certificate Issuers - Medical practitioners accredited by the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG), Lawyers* and Psychiatrists.

*This refers to a Singapore solicitor qualified to practice Singapore law in a Singapore law firm.

OPG does not prescribe the CI fees charged as it varies with the complexity of the case. Hence, there is a range of CIs who can offer services to meet the different needs of the Donors. Members of the public are advised to check with the individual CI on his professional charges. More information can be found here.

You may also use this appointment booking listing to search for the listed fees of your preferred CI.
