Yes, there is. The fees for the application for LPA are as follows:

Singapore Citizens: $70 (waived off till 31/3/2026)

Singapore PR: $90

Foreigners: $230

Separate fees are involved for certification of LPA. Fees range between $25 - $80. Please check with the certificate issuers separately.
