You must submit your LPA to OPG for registration within 6 months from the date of your LPA application. This means that you must obtain your Donee's consent to be appointed and have your LPA certified by a Certificate Issuer within this period. After 6 months of creation of your LPA, your draft LPA will be removed from OPGO and you will need to redraft your LPA.
