As of July 2023, the fees range of the 20 most visited Certificate Issuers (CI) across the three groups of professionals for LPA Form 1 certification are as follows:
Accredited doctors: $25 to $70
Lawyers: $50 to $500
Psychiatrists: $154 to $600
Do note that the fees stated above exclude consultation and GST. For a more accurate reflection on the charge you may incur, we advise that you enquire the total expected cost directly from your preferred CI.
