How much do Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Certificate Issuers charge for their services?

As of July 2023, the fees range of the 20 most visited Certificate Issuers (CI) across the three groups of professionals for LPA Form 1 certification are as follows:


  • Accredited doctors: $25 to $70

  • Lawyers: $50 to $500

  • Psychiatrists: $154 to $600 Fees exclude consultation and GST.
