What are the new fees for Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and registration fees for Professional Deputy (PD)?
The new fees with effect from 14 Feb 2024 are:
LPA Application Fee:
• Form 1 (Singapore Citizen): $70 (fee waived till 31 Mar 2026)
• Form 1 (Singapore Permanent Resident): $90
• Form 1 (Foreigner): $230
• Form 2 (Singapore Citizen): $185
• Form 2 (Singapore Permanent Resident): $230
• Form 2 (Foreigner): $275
PD Registration Fee: $505
