How can I edit my Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) form?
If your LPA has been sent to your Donees for acceptance of their appointments i.e. your application has been submitted, you will not be able to edit the draft.
If you would like to make changes to the LPA application, you will need to cancel your current LPA and draft a new LPA.
If your LPA has instead been registered and you want to make edits, you must revoke the registered LPA before drafting a new one that captures the edits.
