You cannot edit your LPA after it’s been submitted and sent to your Donees for acceptance of their appointments.

If you would like to make changes to the LPA application, you will need to cancel your current LPA and draft a new LPA.

If your LPA has already been registered and you would like to make changes, you will need to revoke your registered LPA before making a new one. You may start drafting a new LPA while waiting for the cancellation of your existing LPA. However, the new LPA will only be accepted by OPG for registration after your existing LPA is cancelled.
