Can non-ARS individuals share their religious views publicly, including through podcasts?
AMLA does not regulate the private sharing of religious views and opinions among individuals, family members, or friends, whether in person or online. However, the teaching of Islamic instruction on public platforms — including social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, as well as podcasts — can only be conducted by ARS-certified Tier 1 asatizah.
