Can a registered MRS employ other asatizah to provide Islamic instruction?

All MRS proprietors must ensure that all asatizah employed to deliver Islamic instruction, including in online platforms, hold valid ARS recognition. The proprietor should also adhere to the requirements under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and ACRA where applicable.
