My company wants to apply for Endorsement scheme for export. What are the documents needed to apply for Endorsement scheme?
For Endorsement scheme, the required documents are:
1. Packing List
2. Veterinary Public Health Certificate (export of frozen / processed poultry)
3. Halal Slaughtering Certificate (Meat items only)
4. Transport Bill of Lading
5. Valid Halal Certificate issued by Muis for Product / Whole Plant Scheme
6. Endorsement template (available for download from https://www.muis.gov.sg/-/media/Files/Halal/LicenceOne/TEMPLATE-FOR-ENN-SCHEME.pdf)
