I have submitted a Government-Paid Leave (GPL) claim and it is currently at "Pending CPF Contribution" status. What does this mean?
A "Pending CPF Contribution" status means that our system is verifying that the employer's CPF contributions have been made for the relevant leave months before the claim can be processed.
If you are claiming for leave taken in the most recent two months, please note that processing may take up to 2 months, as CPF contributions for those months may not yet have been received by our system.
