If you are presently the primary caregiver for your child but your spouse is currently the CDA trustee and/or bank account holder, and you are undergoing divorce proceedings, please wait for the court's decision on care and custody for your child before seeking to change the CDA trustee to yourself. If you are not undergoing divorce proceedings and you are unable to contact your spouse to submit the request online to change CDA trustee, you may submit your request contact us through go.gov.sg/contact-bb. We will review your request and get back to you.
