Based on the Child Development Co-Savings Act (CDCA), the parent who has care and control of the child shall be the Child Development Account (CDA) trustee.

To change the CDA trustee to your ex-spouse, you can submit a request through your internet banking app or the bank's online portal where the CDA is held.

Your ex-spouse will be notified by the CDA bank to complete the change trustee process.
