Are employees with foreign entities (not registered locally) entitled to Government-Paid Leave (GPL) benefits?
Entities which are not registered in Singapore are not entitled to claim for Government-Paid Leave (GPL) reimbursement, even if they grant the leave out of goodwill. Additionally, employees working with foreign entities/companies are not entitled to Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Schemes. If the employee or entity has any concerns, they may write in to us here.
