How does MSF identify which Student Care Centre (SCC) a child will be enrolled in?

  • If child is enrolled in a SCC, parent will need to select the name of SCC when submitting the SCFA application via the SupportGoWhere (SGW) portal. MSF will verify child’s enrolment with the SCC.

  • If child is not enrolled in a SCC and parent has received In-principle approval (IPA) from MSF, SCCs will have to inform MSF via FormSG once they have accepted the child.
