Can Student Care Centres (SCCs) confirm placement before receiving the In-Principle Approval (IPA)?

Yes, SCCs can confirm child placement while awaiting Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA) approval. IPA will not be necessary if the child is already enrolled in a SCC. MSF will provide the SCFA approval to the parent and SCC once the parent submits the SCFA application and provides the relevant supporting documents.
