Who are MSF Protection Officers?
Protection Officers are Civil Servants and MSF staff. Protection Officers look into the safety and well-being of children and young persons, families and vulnerable adults experiencing serious violence, abuse or neglect. Protection Officers have statutory powers under the Children and Young Person's Act, Vulnerable Adults Act and the Women's Charter to enable them to keep the vulnerable safe.
