While some cyclical maintenance (CM) works have been delayed, infrastructure works or urgent repairs that keep the building in an operational condition are regularly being carried out. The CM works were delayed due to the stoppage of works during the COVID-19 period. Subsequently, there was also a need to re-scope and re-prioritise the works to accommodate the WOG call for foreign manpower management till 2030. We have since commenced CM for some homes, and are in progress of ramping up the works this year (2025).
