Will MSF provide further flexibility for SRHs that have difficulty meeting the training requirements, given that there might be new staff or staff turnover?

a. We understand that SRHs may face manpower challenges and are prepared to accept if staff have been enrolled in the training course within 6 months of employment.
b. Staff who were previously trained while employed in another SRH can be considered as having met the training requirements, as long as they hold a valid certificate.
c. We will monitor and collect feedback on the implementation timeline to assess SRHs' readiness. We will support and guide SRHs to meet the requirements, including providing more time for some requirements, e.g. apply exemption for certain training requirements if the identified training course does not have sufficient training capacity to train our staff before SRHA implementation.
