Under the SRHB, MSF will place a stronger emphasis on upskilling our SRH staff to provide quality care to residents and ensure residents' safety. This entails new training requirements, such as managing challenging behaviours, fall risk, and suicide intervention.
We recognise that some of the training courses can be costly. Therefore, to support SRHs, we have taken these new requirements, such as training, into consideration when sizing the TSP.
