Are there penalties imposed on the Board of Visitors (BOV) e.g. for failure to report findings to MSF?

There are no offences or penalties in the SRHB in relation to members of the Board of Visitors (BOV) as they are volunteers and do not interact unsupervised with residents. Nonetheless, persons charged with egregious offences can be charged under the Penal Code. MSF may also terminate the appointment of the BOV member.
