What does a Board of Visitors (BOV) do?
The Board of Visitors (BOV) visits the various SRHs on a regular basis to ascertain (i) the well-being of residents and (ii) if care standards are met. BOV members speak to residents and staff and serve as an independent channel for residents and staff to raise any feedback or concerns.
