How will I know if my employee has multiple employments?
Employers should enquire from their employee if they have multiple employments before granting them leave. You may use or adapt MSF’s declaration form (for childcare leave, for birth-linked schemes – form for mother, form for father), to obtain a declaration from your employee if he/she is working multiple employment.
