Your Social Service Office (SSO) family coach or Family Services Centre (FSC) case worker will work with you on your action plans and assess your family’s readiness for the ComLink+ Progress Packages (e.g. if you meet the eligibility conditions for each Package), before recommending relevant Package(s), if any.
