How can I qualify for the ComLink+ Progress Packages?

Families will need to be part of ComLink+ in order to qualify for ComLink+ Progress Packages. 

The ComLink+ Packages will be offered to ComLink+ families that: 


  1. Work with a family coach to co-develop their action plans;

  2. Meet the eligibility criteria of the respective ComLink+ Packages; and  

  3. Take specific actions to support their children’s preschool education, maintain stable employment, clear their debt, and save for home ownership.
