I am divorced and my ex-spouse does not want to relinquish the Child Development Account (CDA) trusteeship of our children even though I am the one taking care of them. Could I receive the credits instead?

We encourage you to discuss with your ex-spouse to reach an amicable arrangement.  The credits will be disbursed based on the CDA trustee information in MSF’s database on the eligibility assessment date.

Where the parents are divorced, the Child Development Account (CDA) trustee should be the parent with the care and control of the child. The child's parent who has been given the care and control of the child may submit a copy of the court order at https://go.gov.sg/msf-bb-change-cda-trustee.
