My child’s Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) is on or after 1 Apr 2025 but was born before 1 Apr 2025. Will I be eligible for the new Shared Parental Leave (SPL) or Shared Parental Leave Benefit (SPB)?
If you are the biological parent of a Singapore Citizen child with a date of birth or EDD on or after 1 Apr 2025, you may be eligible for Shared Parental Leave (SPL) and Shared Parental Leave Benefit (SPB), where applicable.
After the child is delivered, you may email MSF at contactus@profamilyleave.gov.sg to check on the procedure to apply for your SPL.
