My child has been successfully enrolled for the Baby Bonus Scheme through LifeSG, but I could not open the Child Development Account (CDA) and Child Savings Account (CSA). What should I do?
After enrolling in the Baby Bonus Scheme through LifeSG, check your email or LifeSG inbox for instructions on how to open the CDA and CSA with your selected bank.
DBS and OCBC
You must be their existing customer with an active account to open these accounts through their online banking platforms.
Ensure your identification number and contact details with the bank match those in your Baby Bonus application. If there are any differences, please update your records via the banking app or portal.
UOB
You don't need to be an existing customer with an active account, except for Singapore Citizens with overseas addresses or foreigners who must visit a UOB branch in person with the Letter of Authorisation (LOA) issued by LifeSG to complete the process.

If you encounter issue even after updating of your records on the banking app or portal, email MSF with a screenshot of the error message, including the date and time it occurred.
