From 1 Jul 2024, parents can only apply for Baby Bonus Scheme at LifeSG

• Bundled service together with child’s birth registration (https://www.life.gov.sg/services/birth-registration)

• Direct application for child who has already registered for birth (https://www.life.gov.sg/services/baby-bonus)

If you choose United Overseas Bank (UOB) and you are not a Singaporean or Permanent Resident, you are required to visit a UOB bank branch with your Letter of Authorisation (LOA) issued by LifeSG through email to complete the process. If you choose DBS/POSB or OCBC, the process is fully done online.

You will be notified by the bank when the CDA is opened.
