I am married but not to my child’s father. Would my child be eligible for Baby Bonus cash gift?
Your child will be eligible for Child Development Account (CDA) benefits if he or she is a Singapore citizen born on or after 1 September 2016. One of the eligibility criteria for the Baby Bonus cash gift is that the child’s parents must be lawfully married. If you are married, your spouse’s name must be reflected on your child’s birth certificate to qualify for the Baby Bonus cash gift.
