Why is my child’s Baby Bonus cash gift and/ or co-matching contribution pro-rated instead of the full amount?

The Baby Bonus cash gift or Child Development Account (CDA) co-matching contributions may be pro-rated if the child was not a Singapore citizen (SC) at birth or adoption, and both parents were not SCs at the time of the child’s birth or adoption.
