I am facing technical issues with the OPGO portal. What do I do?

Close the browser then open the portal and try again. You may also try restarting your computer. If the problem persists after multiple attempts, please contact OPG at 1800-111-2222, or email us at [enquiry@publicguardian.gov.sg].


Please take screenshots of the issue encountered and provide as much information as you can over email or the call with OPG.


Note: Airtime charges apply for mobile calls to 1800 service lines.
